Everyone is welcome and invited to experience Saratoga Springs for ‘Exclusive Group Use’. (Day use and/or overnight lodging may be possible – please contact us with your requirements.) Many weeknights and winter weekends are available for overnight stays for groups less than 20. For groups of 20 or more, we offer exclusive, private use on a first come, first serve basis of our facilities and amenities in our 260 acre valley. We provide a serene venue for retreats, workshops, family weddings and reunions, and gatherings of friends.

Our amenities & facilities:

  • The Heart Lodge ~ A beautiful 2,400 sq ft multi-purpose room with radiant heated floors & stone fireplace.
  • The Yurt ~ A 30' yurt located in a serene setting provides an ideal alternative space for up to 40 people in meditation, yoga, movement or workshops.
  • Main Lodge ~ Historic 2 story lodge with dining room, large meeting area and conference room, and overnight lodging for up to 28 people.
  • Guest Cabins ~ 5 guest cabins and 8 smaller one room cabins (2 are not available in Winter) with bathrooms and both private & shared rooms. The Cabins can sleep between 50-80 guests.
  • Camping ~ generous grounds for camping allow for groups of over 100 people especially in warmer months.
