There is a transcendent awareness, a Big Mind, A Big Heart, present and readily accessible to each and every one of us...

Ridge Hike to Small Labyrinth Over the years, we have had the privilege of hosting a variety of groups at Saratoga Springs. The group facilitators and teachers have talked with us about their needs and dreams. We listened. Our facilities have grown to include new features and amenities, including our 2,400 sq ft Heart Lodge with its radiant heated floor. Yoga and meditation groups, movement and massage intensives, among others have discovered Saratoga Springs and are well matched with everything about the place:
The Location: just 3 hours north of San Francisco
The Land: 260 acres, Hiking Trails , Fire Circle Area ~ great for drumming circles, Stone Labyrinth, Plateaus on Hills & Mountains ~ for ceremonies, meditation or star gazing

The Amenities: Hot soaking pool, Large swimming pool
Saratoga Springs has set an intention: To become a premier program oriented facility.
We invite you to visit our retreat for an overnight stay that includes breakfast, on the house! You are welcome to arrive by 3 p.m. and settle into your guest cabin. Then, enjoy a hike on one of our trails to take in the vista of our private valley, or take a swim in our large pool. End your day with a relaxing soak in our hot soaking pool. Both pools are open until 11 pm for your enjoyment.
After a restful night's sleep, you'll awaken to the beauty of the gentle morning sunlight in our private canyon. A Continental Breakfast will be served in the Main Lodge, followed by a one-hour walking tour of the property, facilities, and amenities with retreat center owner, David Carroll.
