Mineral Water Information

The mineral waters are said to promote great health and to heal a number of ailments. This includes healing skin problems, stomach ailments and a myriad of joint and muscle problems. The calming effect of the waters also will alleviate headaches, with other minerals in the water helping those with mental health issues.

Note: There are no Hot Springs at Saratoga Springs, but we do have a Hot Pool for all guests to enjoy.
